Potty Training Experience
The third day of potty training was much better then the first two. She only had 2 accidents, so I figured it was time to go to camp.
Well, it’s Day 5 now and she’s doing GREAT! She actually went back to camp on day 4 and the teachers were very impressed with how well she did and how little time it took. I now have mothers asking me what I did.
The program was absolutely amazing and would recommend it to anyone. Sure, it feels like potty training boot camp for the first 48 hours, but it is well worth it. Some children get it after 1 day AND it has nothing to do with sex. I have many people say I’m lucky cause I have a girl….enough with giving boys excuses people, it was probably a man that “discovered’ that boys are “slower” then girls….this program works with ANY sex. I actually heard about this program from a friend who has a boy, he got the program in 2 days! The creator of the program has 4 BOYS.
With the program also comes mentoring. Have a question, contact the creator.
Some tips, STICK to the program. We had company on day two which definitely affected her success. In the morning every experience was perfect, after company came over she didn’t have 1 perfect experience. Your child’s success has completely to do with you as a parent being dedicated to following this program.
If you can get someone to help you, go for it. You watch your child and have the other person cleaning, cooking, etc. Don’t have someone to help you? Make pre-made meals and use paper plates and plastic forks.
If you live in an apartment, buy even more underwear. Going down to the laundry room without help is not an option.
I’ll keep you posted on her first week of success.
I’m already starting to feel free from diapers. It’s a GREAT feeling! Looking forward to a few weeks from now when I don’t have to pack 4 extra underwear in the case of an accident.

Potty Training – Day 2 – 5:50 p.m.
Today has definitely been a rollercoaster ride.
We started off by waking up after a perfect night. She woke up, called out for me and she went potty. She was perfectly dry in the morning, and boy was I excited.
Then the morning was filled with many, many messy accidents. Tip, have plenty of wipes at your reach and a garbage bag.
Late morning, early afternoon was GREAT! She had 7 perfect potty experiences in a row. Not sure what happened shortly after that, but the accidents started again…messy ones. That was then followed by her telling me she had to go potty and nothing….I’m thinking she had gas. I can relate to that feeling…lol!
She is now sleeping.
Potty training is definitely exhausting.
Potty Training Day 1 – 3:30 p.m.
Well, we finally got home, organized ourselves and the diapers were off by 11 a.m.
It started off great. She was ready to poo on the carpet and I swept her up on time to bring her to the potty….and she went in the potty. I started celebrating with her, but she just wasn’t interested. All she cared about was sitting back on the couch to watch Parent Trap.
Then around 1 p.m. I could see she was ready for her nap, so I asked her to go pee before napping. She sat on the potty and she pee’d…..PERFECT!
Eventually her cough woke her up and boy was she grumpy! I brought her to the potty, but she was kicking and screaming. So I stopped, we came back to the family room and she started to pee on the carpet. I swept her up quickly and she finished in the potty.
Unfortunately, she’s not feeling well today. Besides having a cough, there is a good chance she is teething. I did give her a homeopathic remedy to relax the effects of teething and she’s been sleeping for about an hour and a half now.
My concern is that we won’t get much potty training time in. BUT, there is another 5 and a half more hours until she goes to bed.
As for me, I’ve been enjoying the down time and taking MANY naps myself. I feel lazy, dazed and confused, but SO enjoying it. It’s all well deserved!
Potty Training – Day 1- 8:00 a.m.
We decided to have a sleep over at her grandparents house last night, perhaps not the best idea the night before a potty training weekend. We have been up for about 2 hours now and I have yet to go home and start the potty training program. I’m still trying to fully wake up and get moving after a sleepless/uncomfortable night and she’s out enjoying walks with her grandfather. My husband is still sleeping and feels a cold coming on. So tip number 1 – Don’t plan on doing much the night before and make sure you get a good nights sleep.
